Self-made Zine
“Winona”

“Winona” is an assembly of photos that were taken to give a visual depiction of how I see the city. Color and shapes largely inspired my gaze to put these photos together and create a zine out of them. As a gesture of respect for the film & photography professors who taught me at school in Winona, I published and gifted them copies of the book.
These images are split up into three basic categories: Nature, Architecture, and Vehicles. These pillars represent the identity of the city. My eyes were constantly drawn to beautiful compositions of these elements while wandering around town and I feel like they establish a good feel for the city of Winona.
